Structured cake using PVC. About 3 ft tall. Used four 11x15 cakes. The body was strawberry cake filled with fresh strawberries and strawberry bc. The grass was carrot cake filled with cream cheese filling covered with cream cheese bc. The legs, tail, neck, head, and horn were RKT. Tail covered in MMF. Horn covered in white modeling chocolate. Mane made of white modeling chocolate. Body covered in bc. My first structured cake!
