Today was not a good day to bake. Everything went wrong. This cake was a layer that came out too thin so I decided to cut it into four equal pieces and stack them. I have trouble achieving that smooth buttercream finish, but I really have a hard time with square cakes. From now on if you want a square cake made by me, it better be a rose cake. This hides all of the flaws and is too easy.
