I made this 12" cake, iced and decorated in buttercream icing. I topped it off with Belle's skirt made from Wilton's skirt pan. I also added a 2 layer 8" cake underneath the skirt cake to accomodate the height of the doll. After hollowing out a hole in the center I covered Belles legs with saran wrap and slid her into place inside the skirt. Then I gave her an iced top to her dress.
