Found a cake like this online, I can't remember who it was by though, sorry. It's a 10in cake frosted in buttercream. The I stuck the cookies all around the sides (attaching with frosting), and covered the top with crushed graham crackers. The details are done in fondant, and the water fall is fondant with piping gel over it.
