First time trying to smooth buttercream to look like fondant...entire point of this cake was to practice that! ... Just a cake for fun. The scrolling sux but it was my first time and it was peanut butter frosting so it was really greasy and hard to work with. Pleased with the frosting/smoothing technique...maybe someday I will be good enough to not have to cover everything in fondant that just gets peeled off anyway!
