Made this cake for my mom, yes, mom, for her birthday just before Valentine's Day. It is red velvet with cream cheese frosting, I purchased the cake topper picture of Edward from Ebay, and made a paper stencil from the pattern on some material I had and hand cut the designs that went around the side of the cake out of dark modeling chocolate, and the flower is also modeling chocolate. I am just a beginner, next time I would do a few things different.
