Standard cross cake out of buttercream. For the stained-glass effect I broke up lollipops and arranged them onto a cookie sheet in a cross shape, coming as close to the right size as possible. Heated them in the oven on a low temp until pliable and then used a spatula to straighten the edges. Let cool and applied to cake top. Took a few tries to get it the right size and not break when I removed it from the cookie sheet!
