This was made for a house-warming for some friends. it was a nightmare to make on the day as I wasn't at my own kitchen and it was so hot in there the fondant was really soft. It was made using two cakes cooking in bowls to get the shape and then the top one was carved to give it a more realist shape. the path was made using white chocolate stars and lined with micro marshmallows. The bushes were made of fondant and I pressed the grass tip into it all over to make it look more realistic.
