The white tiers are cake, separated by styrofoam blocks covered in blue fondant. Top tier was strawberry cake with strawberry BC. Middle tier was choc cake with choc BC. Bottom tier was white cake with rasp BC. The bamboo was made from modeling chocolate. The hydrangeas and calla lilies were handmade using sugar paste. I had a lot of fun making this cake.
