This is a cake i made in a day for my sister's birthday. Mind you, she is 24!! Anyway, I was only given a days notice that she was flying in so considering my time constraints I'm happy with the reuslts! She loved it!! A real giraffe buff!! It was a devils food cake covered with ganache for the bottom double stack, and the top double were dummy cakes. All design credit goes to rkmellis here on CC as I simply googled "giraffe cake" and this cute design came up!! I changed the colour scheme a bit, and made the spots heart shaped to match a cross stitch i had previously made my sister!
