This was a cake for my daughter's gymnastics team end of season banquet. Top layer is chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling. The design is a duplicate of their team leos. Bottom layer is yellow cake with BC. Covered in MMF with gumpaste and edible image accents. TFL!!
