My son completed his 3 years at Parker University, College of Chiropractics in Dallas April 2011 and my daughter challenged me to this cake. I just began taking classes 3 months ago and I'm having a blast seeing my ideas turn into cakes! The table is covered in fondant and the vertebrae are individually made from fondant that I dried on the flowers forming tray.
