My attempt at the fabulous 'i-am'baker's' Swirly Rose Design cake. My husband dislikes anything fondant so this was created for his recent birthday. Unforunately it was a bit of a rush job so the buttercream was too soft to hold the roses shape well. Good practice though and look forward to attempting this design again soon.
