"Life is a bowl of cherries" Mary Engelbreit themed birthday cake for my mother in law. It's two layers of french vanilla cake with french vanilla creme filling and all buttercream frosting. Freehand designs. The bowl on top is cake covered in buttercream. I just added powder sugar to my buttercream to get a consistency to roll little balls for the cherries.
