3 tier peach and white round cakes
6, 8 and 12" round dummy cakes, trying out some new techniques! Bottom tier was made using my new impression mat from Sharon Zambito, really easy to use and looks fab! middle tier is the billowing technique, took me 3 straight to complete, back breaking work but it looks really nice! top tier was made using the same mat as the bottom tier but i went on to use the serrated modelling took to press into all 4 corners to get that finish. Flowers are orchids made out of white gumpaste and dusted. TFL.
