This is a full sheet cake. Client likes horses and blue, so this is what I came up with. Searched pics of horses online n modified to get this one. Horse plaque is hand painted fondant. "Frame" is fondant painted with gel color mixed with gold pearl dust. I used a Wilton Fondant tool to make the frame.
