This cake was inspired by the wedding cake for tennis player Lleyton Hewitt and his soapie star wife Bec Cartwright in 2005. Its 3 fake and 4 real tiers covered in ivory fondant, with ivory RI detail. The real cake flavours were milk chocolate with milk chocolate ganache and white chocolate mudcake with white chocolate ganache. All roses in ivory and pale pink are hand-molded, as well as the pale green rose leaves. This was the biggest wedding cake I have made to date :-) Thanks for looking!
