this was my very first try with a BCT....i realize now that it would have done way better on a flat sheet cake, but i was pretty happy with how it turned out
thanks so much! i let it freeze until it was good and hard and i had done a thick back layer to make sure it was good and sturdy....i think the fact that i taped the wax paper to the back side of my 12X15 cake pan helped in the freezing....the metal got good and cold and froze the BCT good and hard
