Happy 18th birthday to my son's friend Allissa! They had a surprise party for her, all NEON, and asked me to make a coordinating cake. It turned out super bright and I hope they had fun and enjoyed it! Both tiers are two layers of vanilla cake with french vanilla creme filling and buttercream frosting. The cupcakes are dark chocolate fudge with buttercream frosting. The "18" on top are just number candles, but I decorated them with my frosting to match the cake.
