I made this cake for my son-in-law's birthday. His hobby is taking care of the orchard he planted with apple, peach, pear, and plum trees. The cake is carrot with cream cheese frosting. Cake covered with marshmallow fondant, and gumpaste mini trees.. The top of apple tree and basket are made from Rice Krispies Treats covered with fondant.
