My husband's Valentine's Day cake. He loves blueberries so I made this - four layers of blueberry cake with three layers of cream cheese filling. It is iced in blue BC and surrounded by french vanilla Piroutte cookies. Those were a new experiment and pretty fun except for having to saw each one with a knife to the right size. Then I covered the top with fresh blueberries and tied it with a ribbon. Thanks to SweetPPP for the design idea and help!
