I was so excited to make this cake and so glad I finally did it. It was inspired by the many here on CC and thanks to all those that assisted me w/advice on the different aspects of this cake. Bucket is 2 layers of 10inch and 2 of 9 carved down filled w'creamy strawberry cream cheese filling and iced in almond buttercream (from extra special buttercream recipe here on CC) and then covered in white chocolate fondant that was hand painted (so much work!) with petal dust. Beer bottles and ice are sugar, labels are the only things not edible.
