I don't make cupcakes all that often, but I had to make these rainbow cupcakes I've been seeing all over the internet! Most recently I had an email from babycenter.com with a list of "Fun things for Spring" and these were on there. I thought they would be cute for dessert after the St. Patrick's Day dinner I made. I wanted the buttercream to be bright kelly green in honor of the holiday, but the SMBC didn't take the color too well. They are topped with the green edible glitter by Wilton. I just wanted to share because I had so much fun photographing them!
