This was the largest stacked cake I've made. Reading through the forums on this site gave me a lot of support! It is a 5 tier ivory fondant cake with real ribbon, 3 row crystal cake banding and brooches. The cake itself was all white chocolate mocha with raspberry chambord cream cheese filling and white chocolate ganache under the fondant. I also had 2 additional kitchen cakes which are not shown. The heart on top was their logo and their colors, navy and burgundy. I had to assemble in the kitchen of the hotel so the pictures are not prettiest and you can't tell very well but I had lights wrapped under the ivory material at the bottom that lit up when they wheeled it into the room.
