Made this for a good friend and I didn't want to put roses on the cake (too cliche lol). I have never attempted cornelli lace and I know its supposed to be random and I had to concentrate to not be so uniform! This cake is chocolate pound cake with dark chocolate mint ganache and cream cheese buttercream. 1/2 fondant and gumpaste accents complete it ~
