Castle cake for my 3 year old's birthday. Cake is covered in fondant. Towers are fondant/gumpaste that was dried around papertowel and tissue rolls. Prinesses are dome-shaped cupcakes with Polly Pockets in the middle, decorated with buttercream icing. She woke up on the day of her party and said, "Mommy, it is perfect!" Made all the work worth it!
