There is a long Story behind this cake but I won't boar ya'll with to much details. :0) I was Blessed to find the Train Cake Pan at Wal-Mart for $18 Normally every where else it is 30-something. I checked online for different ideas for train cakes after seeing this pan at the store, really didn't want to pay even $18 for this pan. But decided this was my best deal for what I wanted. Very Happy that I did buy the Pan. I did use the Snickerdoodle recipe that cake with the pan set for the trains. and just a box cake mix & BC frosting for the cake base. This cake was fun and a hit. Sent some of the extra cake trains that I didn't use on the cake, home with some of the guest.
