I made this cake for my nephew's second birthday, and I think it may be my favorite cake ever! I assembled it on site, so had no idea how it would look beforehand, but it turned out surprisingly cohesive! Flavors were white almond sour cream with swiss meringue buttercream and homemade raspberry filling.
Figurines are modeled by hand out of fondant with tylose added. Leaves were cut out painstakingly with an exacto knife! Many thanks to ceramics by you, who inspired the giraffe, elephant, and lion.
