This cake is for a friend to whom I had promised I would make her cake even before she a boyfriend. Four tier WASC cake filled with rapsberry and strawberry jams, iced in buttercream and covered with MMF. Gumpaste magnolias and blossom sprays. This cake was a challenge because I was working with a broken finger.
