Made cake for my cousin when she came home with her new baby... I had a time contraint so I used a 2 store bought loaf cakes. One for the base and 1/2 of one hollowed out for the top part of the bassinet. I dirty iced the cake placed in fridge for about 20 mins. Used homemade Marshmallow fondant... put skirt bottom of cake then blanket. added roses & finishing touches afterwards.... this was my 1st cake using fondant
