This is a Vanilla cake filled with Chocolate Mousse that's topped with a thin layer of Chocolate Ganache. Yum! I was really nervous about creating this cake because I've only worked with Fondant less than a handful of times. I think I even surprised myself on this one! I hope these pictures help anyone looking for a similar design.
