Had a similar cupcake from PF Changs for dessert and everyone at the table sent their cupcakes back! They stored the cupcakes in the fridge all day and it sucked the moisture out and absorbed whatever was in their fridge! Very dissappointed. Soooo....it motivated me to do similar ones but taste better!! (and they did!) Chocolate fudge cupcakes with carmel filling and vanilla buttercream frosting topped with white sugar crystals!
