Based on cakes I have seen on this website and others, everything edible except the figures. Chocolate Sponge for one tier and Vanilla Sponge and buttercream for the other 2 tiers, covered with fondant, waterfall is piping gel, bullrush made from uncooked spaghetti with a bit or chocolate fondant!
