This cake is for my daughter and son-in-law's 3rd wedding anniversay. First time I've made a Peony and also first time I used my Christmas present - an airbrush! Played it safe with Pearl finish, in case I made some errors with it, but then got more adverntureous with the border and airbrushed it in purple. Cake is chocolate, ganache, mandarin oranges and SMBC, bavarian flavour.
