3-D cake for an artist turning 18. She loves trees and has a winter birthday. Since we are having the coldest winter ever here in TX, I thought I would do a "trees in winter" theme. Bottom tier is WASC, second tier is chocolate fudge, third tier is strawberry, all filled with my "Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling Perfected" (you can find it in the recipe section of Cake Central). First two tiers covered in white chocolate ganache and the third tier is covered in cream cheese buttercream. All three tiers overlaid with white chocolate fondant and painted with petal dust and vodka. Gumpaste trees, branches, stumps, and cardinals. TFL
