Baumkuchen!

Baumkuchen! on Cake Central

I'm going to JWU, training to be a pastry chef. i graduate this may! this is one of the items i made in my sophmore petit geatux's class. basically you have to bake each layer individually. then cut strips and "glue" together with apricot glaze. this is filled with frozen orange yogurt, mandarin oranges, chocolate mousse.
