This cake was done for a 10yr old girls birthday, she loved the chicago bears and her favorite player was cutler. To make it more girlie I added blue luster dust to give it a sparkle and some hand sculpted flowers. The jersey was carved out of four square 10x10 cakes all frosted together because it was the only size pan I had. I used edible marker to writer her name on the banner, this cake is also done in marshmellow fondant.
