Birthday cake for my best customer.. my precious Grandson. He choose the theme, as always, and loved the result. His creativity always challenges my skill level.. LOL Taco shells are fondant/modeling chocolate; filled with chocolate cake/chocolate buttercream icing, and all fondant decorations, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and black olives. Sour cream is bettercream icing. TFL
