This is the birthday cake I made yesterday for my 9 year old daughter. My frosting was not stiff enough so I resorted to covering with fondant and airbrushing. I did not like how it turned out but my daughter loved it :) I think maybe I had too much frosting under the fondant as this is one of my first attempts at covering a whole cake with it.
