Top tier is Carrot cake filled with Cream Cheese icing, the middle tier is Chocolate cake filled with Chocolate Mousse and the bottom tier is White cake filled with Vanilla Mousse. Covered in white Fondant with black and white buttercream drop strings. My very first time doing drop strings and it was a nerve wracking experience! Love how it turned out but glad it's done :)
