For my son's wedding, my first cake over 2 tiers, first topsy turvy, first Corneli lace and first wedding cake. What a crash course this was. Black, silver & red medieval themed wedding. Cake was quilted fondant on bottom tier, butter cream on top 3 tiers with black gum paste roses, silver leave, red berries and flowers. Each layer had chocolate and red velvet layers with vanilla cream filling. Black dark chocolate ganache pointed spikes on top.
