This was made for a little boy who loves Nick Jr, and especially Moose A.Moose. I cut the number 1 from a 12X15in pan. Red velvet cake with cream cheese filling, covered in choc. ganache and fondant with fondant accents. The big balloons on the board are cake ball covered in fondant, I was going to use them on the cake but there were to big, smash cake is Moose A Moose, Van. cake with Van. bean b/c.. TFL
