This was for a friend who married a guy who is now in the Army. There is a tradition that when the bride and groom walk under the sabre arch, they are stopped by the last pair and the one on the bride's side taps her on the butt with the sabre and says, 'welcome to the army'. When I found out about that I had to incorporate it for her anniversary cake. The entire cake is covered in MM fondant, figures are solid MM fondant. Then some of the details are hand painted.
