My son's 1st birthday was just 5 short days after Christmas. I didn't realize that I started planning a cake a lot sooner than just a few days....so this one is super simple and plain! I was in Wal-mart the day before his birthday trying to find a theme and the cake topper!!! I kinda feel like i cheated him on a fantastic cake but I know that it will never happen again!!! I plan on starting his birthday planning in November!!!
