A friends asked for a butterfly themed birthday cake for her 3year old niece. The little girl loved the cake ! I think the mother saved a couple of the gumpaste butterflies as she liked them too. My first butterflies - cut using a jigsaw cutter, left to dry in a shaped cardboard, then painted.
