Last minute Snowman cake for son's 36th birthday on New Year's Eve. Wanted to do more detail but ran out of time. Darn Good Chocolate Cake (torted) with Bettercreme mint flavored chocolate filling. First time using Fondex and I really liked working with it, tasted very good.
