Chocolate Cake iced with mint butter cream and filled with ganache. Pointsettias and leaves are fondant as well as holly berries. Cake is drizzled with ganache and sprinkled with candy canes. Wishing all my CC'er friends a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year.
