I was asked to make a cake for a sweet lady who turned 98!!!! Her favorite color was blue. She loves flowers, and she loves butterflys. I used buttercream icing, and in the center of the flower I used edible pearls. I did not make the butterfly, and the butterfly was separated from the cake by fondant..... She loved it.
