This Polar Bear Christmas Cake I made for the residents of a Homeless Shelter in my local area. It is fruit cake covered with marzipan and then blue fondant icing, with fondant snowflakes and Polar Bears on Iceberg, sprinkled with white glitter dust. and decorated with a blue ribbon. I hope they enjoy eating it as much as I enjoyed making and decorating it.
