My 3Rd Castle
I really have to start charging more for these - they take so long to make! It was all chocolate cake (12X18" cut in half and stacked & a 8" round) iced in buttercream and then covered in MMF. It had rice krispie treat & sugar cone towers, piping gel water and fondant/gumpaste accents. The girl's bday party was at a Kidz Zone and the employees said it was the best cake they had ever seen come through there! :0)
my goodness-it's huge and so pretty! I did my first this weekend and it wasn't half the size! Very impressive!
